Cancellation & refund policy

This policy applies to recurring subscriptions purchased through GetAIStox when checkout runs on PayPal. It explains how cancellation works, when we refund, and how to reach a human if something looks wrong on your statement.

• You may cancel from your account billing area before the next renewal date.
• Depending on PayPal’s subscription UI, you can also manage or cancel the billing agreement from your PayPal wallet.
• Canceling stops future charges; it does not delete your account unless you separately request deletion.
• You typically keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

Subscription fees are earned when charged. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused screen time, feature preferences, or change-of-mind cancellations— except where this policy or applicable law requires a different outcome.

• No cash value for unused AI credits or analytics views
• No retroactive discounts because a market moved against a trade idea surfaced in the product

We may credit or refund charges that are clearly mistaken—examples:

• The same subscription period was billed twice
• A confirmed platform bug caused a charge without unlocking access
• PayPal shows a successful capture but our systems never recorded an active entitlement

Open a ticket with support@getaistox.com within seven (7) days of the charge and include the PayPal transaction ID. We aim to respond within a few business days.

• PayPal processes the payment; we never store full card numbers on GetAIStox servers.
• PayPal buyer and seller protection rules may apply independently—review PayPal’s terms for eligibility.
• Currency conversion, cross-border fees, or wallet holds are controlled by PayPal and your bank.

We may revise this page to reflect new laws, processor requirements, or product packaging. The effective date at the top changes when we publish an update; continuing to subscribe after notice means the revised policy applies to new charges.
